Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced web designer to join our team. Gender, age, education, religion, sexual orientation, political views and musical preferences are not important. What is important, however, is your being reasonable, quick and cool.

You will work closely with our designer Irina to create striking visuals.

What you'll do at Yucca Digital:

• Participate in project discussions
• Develop ideas and features
• Web design, mobile application design (sometimes merchandise development)
• Prototyping
• Develop designs and submit them for development
• Design system organization

Backend Node.js developer

Every team member who joins us makes a huge difference in what we become. That's why we are looking for true professionals to join our team, people who are willing to constantly learn, try new things and take responsibility/lead in their focus area. So that together we can create useful high-quality IT products.

What you'll do at Yucca Digital:

• Support and further development of the SmartVend project (https://smartvend.io)
• Code refactoring
• Scaling up the project infrastructure (server balancing)
• Integration with payment systems (EcommPay, Ukassa and others)

A few words about the project:
End devices in the form of controllers are built into vending machines. The machines establish a connection with the server (TCP), the server processes data from the machine and saves it in the database. The client application then queries the stored data via API.
The whole process and server are already set up, the project is up and running. Due to the international market entry and a large number of new connections, the server part of the project needs to be scaled up.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows Node.js (typescript), ES6/7
• Understands DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing
• Can use *nix systems
• Knows MongoDB
• Has an idea of what Docker, CI/CD are good for
• Uses the Git version control system
• Can make decisions and take responsibility
• Can write clean and well-documented code
